• Q2: Initial WIFI/BT Setup
    • Q3: Error Code Solution.
      A:
      Code Fault Phenomenon Solution
F01 Inverter BUS soft start failure Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F02 Inverter output short circuit fault Check if the output port is short-circuited. If so, disconnect it, then restart the machine or wait about 1 minute for the fault code to clear before reopening the AC button.
F03 Inverter BUS undervoltage fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F04 Inverter BUS overvoltage fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F05 Inverter BUS short circuit fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F06 Inverter output overcurrent fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F07 Inverter DC component too high fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F08 Inverter over temperature fault 1.Check if the machine's operating environment temperature is within the machine's operating temperature range.
2.After the machine has undergone multiple cycles of learning, it is recommended to let the machine rest for 30 minutes before operating it again.
F09 Inverter discharge overcurrent fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F10 Inverter charging overcurrent fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F11 Inverter current sensor fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F12 Inverter output over/under voltage/frequency fault Check if the grid voltage and frequency are within the normal operating range of the machine.
F13 AC load continuous short circuit/overload Check if the output port is short-circuited. If so, disconnect it, then restart the machine or wait about 1 minute for the fault code to clear before reopening the AC button.
F14 Inverter mains relay fault Restart the machine. If the fault persists, return it to after-sales maintenance.
F15 Inverter fan fault Check if the inverter fan is running normally.
F16 Inverter DSP to main control MCU communication fault Check if the communication line between the inverter board and the DC board is properly connected.
F17 BMS board to main control MCU communication fault Check if the communication line between the BMS board and the DC board is properly connected.
